Consent API

One public read. It never says whether a handle has claimed, and it never returns the protected-name list. claimed is always null.

Check a handle

GET /v1/consent/x/{handle}?ticker=TICKER

Cached for 60 seconds. The write route allows 120 requests a minute per client and credential. An invalid handle is 400.

refuse_all wins over a protected name. name_match can still be true while action is block.

Register a route

Share is basis points in the write API and a percent in the console. 7000 bps is 70%. Sign the exact UTF-8 message nod:route:TOKEN:your_handle:2500 with the launcher wallet. A matching signature returns signature_verified: true, plus deposit_address and memo.

Send SOL or USDC to that address with memo nod:TOKEN:your_handle. Nod reads the transfer on mainnet and credits the coin. A wrong key is 401. v1 accepts Solana only.

Webhooks

Public outcomes only: route.nodded, route.nod_ended, route.refused, route.refunded. Pocket sends nothing. This build logs deliveries and does not POST them to the saved URL.

Launcher duties

Check consent and respect block. The launch can proceed. The fees cannot.
Pay SOL or USDC. Never the memecoin.
Do not label a coin official, or by the handle, unless the owner has nodded.
Show a Nod with its end date and the fee share.
Stop future routing when a handle refuses. Accrued refund automation is not yet available.

Nod charges 1.5% when an owner withdraws and sends the rest from the pool in SOL or USDC. Only confirmed mainnet fees are withdrawable.
